A children music school asked me to develop a new concept for their website. The brief was to create different layouts for different contents which would work like a construction kit more or less.

The school leader takes care of the content herself and due to the system and lack of money there is a lot of "DIY" and pragmatism within projects like this. In every day life it is hard to stic to the concept to create always beautiful pictures or think about texing.

I had a hard time to accept that. I am a perfectionist when it comes to visual appearence – but still I love my original concept.  I guess it is just normal that something that is updated on a daily bases through somebody that leads a music school has its own life somehow and the perfect look on the website would not be a priority.
